Amazonian Fit are not medical professionals and therefore are unable to determine if you are able to participate in any of their activities. By signing up to Amazonian Fit and attending their activities you are deeming yourself fit to participate. If you have any concerns about your participation then you MUST get authorisation from a GP BEFORE attending any of our fitness activities. Amazonian Fit will not be held responsible for any outcomes from failing to abide by this.
You must be 16 years old or over to join Amazonian Fit adult classes. Kids classes must be booked if under 16 years old.
Amazonian Fit have the right to make changes to their timetable as they need to. This includes changing and cancelling classes on a temporary or permanent basis. As much notice as possible will always be given.
You are responsible for using all purchased credits in the given time frames. No refunds, exchanges or extensions will be given. They are to be used by purchased person only.
You have chosen a membership type and payment method and thus it is your responsibility to meet with your obligations of payment.
You must make all bookings and cancellations via this ClubRight software. Amazonian will not be held responsible for booking or cancelling your activities.
Activities can be booked from 10 days before they occur.
Not all classes/activities will be covered within the unlimited direct debit membership. Amazonian Fit has the right to include/not include classes/activities as they wish. The same will apply to everyone on this membership option. Fair use policy applies and one of the same class can be attended per day as part of membership.
All group exercise classes must be cancelled more than 20 hours before the scheduled time of the class (via the app only) and your credit will added back into your account. Failure to attend or cancel will result in you losing the credit for the class regardless of your reason. Direct debit members will also be required to cancel more than 20 hours before a class. Failure to do this will result in a £3 charge per class and this will be collected automatically from your account. By accepting these terms and conditions you are giving authorisation to collect from your stored card. You must have a stored card on the system at all times.
Direct debit payments will come out on the same day once a month . Bank holidays may mean early or late collection of payments. Class sessions will be paid for at time of purchase for non direct debit members.
Membership numbers are limited and therefore if you cancel a membership then Amazonian Fit can not guarantee your space will remain open for you. Your space will be open for others to take.
Do not attend activities that you are not booked in for. Only those participating in an activity or coaching an activity may be in the room while the activity is taking place.
To cancel your membership you must email Amazonian.fit@yahoo.com and they will cancel this for you. Please DO NOT just cancel direct debits as this will result in your card being charged for not following the cancellation policy. You must give a minimum of 10 full days notice for cancelation.
Amazonian Fit can alter their ‘pay as you go’ prices at any time. Direct debit members will be given 30 days notice to any change in price.
Amazonian Fit has the right to cancel any memberships at the end of any given month if they decide to stop selling a particular membership option. You will be given a minimum of 7 days notice where possible.
You must arrive on time for all scheduled activities. Late entry will result in you being unable to participate as a warm up and exercise demonstration are necessary to keep you safe.
To the best knowledge of Amazonian Fit, you have completed our PARQ forms honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Any information that you are withholding from us, as a company, cannot hold us liable to any consequences of these actions. We will make recommendations to see a GP if your PARQ indicates you need to get advice from them to partake in fitness activities. This will be up to you to follow up on and Amazonian Fit can not be held responsible if you do not follow through on the recommendation.
You must make Amazonian Fit aware of any changes to your PARQ form.
You must make Amazonian Fit aware of any wrongdoings, equipment faults, poor statutory of care and poor quality of service so that these issues can be addressed.
Amazonian Fit will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or theft of any property while attending any of their activities. You must treat all staff, equipment and other clients with respect at all times. Amazonian Fit have to the right to refuse entry and cancel memberships with immediate effect if this is not adhered to.
You must carry out all activities as demonstrated by the coach. If you are unsure then you must ask for more guidance. If you think you are not capable of the exercise then do not do it. Amazonian Fit can not be liable for activities for those who do not follow this instruction.
You must take charge of your own health and safety while attending Amazonian Fit. Do not do anything that will put you at risk.
Amazonian Fit will close/not run activities for up to 8 weeks a year without compensation to members. This will cover holidays and sickness.
Any deposits paid are non-refundable and non-transferable . Refunds will only be given if the activity is cancelled by Amazonian Fit.
Amazonian Fit coaches will NOT be liable for any injury caused while attending their activities and by ticking this policy you are agreeing to this.
